The National Team, led by Prof. Dr. Taha Al-Maimouni, has successfully performed a groundbreaking TAVI (Transcatheter Aortic Valve Implantation) procedure for the first time at University of Science and Technology Hospital – Sana’a. This remarkable achievement was made possible by the dedication and expertise of the doctors and technical staff at the hospital’s Cardiac Center. Their outstanding contributions played a key role in the success of this procedure. We were also honored by the presence of Dr. Moatasem Al-Imad, the Medical Director, who has been a guiding force behind this milestone.
